    Listen to the others

I’m not sure why he practices law. Like the others, I posted a question on a site I’ve been using for years where the entire point is to receive legal advice or find an attorney to hire. The guy responds with answers that would result in physical altercations out in the real world and it’s clear he doesn’t bother to read your question thoroughly. Like one of the others here, the site removed my question and I was baffled.

As I’ve said I’d used it for years and other attorneys were extremely helpful and I was looking to follow-up with a few but couldn’t because the site deleted my question. Everything was gone. I contacted the site, and they said an attorney flagged their reply, automatically removing the question. So, he knows the game.

Though they didn’t give the attorney’s name, I knew it was Raymond Areshenko. He’s got major anger issues and I’m sure once he spouted off by calling me names and being rude he realized others would see it and not hire him. He behaves like a child. I wondered how he has 5 stars without even a single 4 and now I know why. He shouldn’t allowed to be on the site because his behavior violates their conduct policy.

If you or I did what he does every day, all day the website would ban us. He’s always answering questions and you wonder why because he really doesn’t seem like he wants to help most people. He’s a VERY weird individual. He’s apparently got a lot of time on his hands so he’s not as successful as he’d have you think. You can also tell he thinks he’s a bada** because of his time served in the Army.

I’m a veteran, but I don’t go around flaunting my service to my country. Don’t waste your time hiring him, flag his answers as unhelpful, and if the site has any morals, it’ll kick him to the curb. The guy’s a complete tool who I’d love to run into in real life.

Terrible representation, immature attitude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

Opened a question yesterday evening, asking for advice on an issue I’m having with my rental. Received vicious, unhelpful, and downright mean reply from Raymond Eric Areshenko. When I asked if he was joking and explained the situation further, he devolved to personal attacks to the point that the question itself was taken down due to the embarrassing representation he presented. I left a negative review yesterday on avvo.com, which was approved, to which he petitioned and had removed to maintain his (now realizing cherry picked and faked) 5 star reputation. If you do any google searching on this person, you’ll see I’m not the only person to have this kind of experience with him.

Do not come to this person for legal advice, help, or representation. Go elsewhere, you will not be taken seriously or respected.

    AVOID. DO NOT HIRE.

    Ignorant

I asked a simple question through an online platform and Andrew chose to answer with a smart ass comment. He totally bypassed details included in the question as you can tell by his answer. I had a situation where my privacy was violated by a parent that offered to split the cost of a plan to assist me out of a violent domestic situation. Once my privacy was invaded I removed myself from the plan and went back to my own. Andrew decided to comment “get off mommy and daddy’s plan”. Had NOTHING to do with what I was asking. I called Andrew to ask what was the reason of answering that way to someone looking to hire an attorney and he continued to be useless and honestly weird. 10/10 would not recommend and will definitely make sure those in my circle in the community will start clear of him. People like him expect to be able to speak to people any type of way and not be called out on it and I think he just made a mistake by doing so. You’re a lawyer. You are hired help. Stay in your lane Andrew as you stated you did not handle cease & desist documents unsure why you chose to answer a question about one. There is way better quality available if you need legal representation especially if you are a minority and have been mishandled by men like him in the professional world. Much better options with better manners.
