Razvan Axente’s practice focuses on the defense of corporations in individual and complex tort, product liability and consumer protection matters.
Razvan joined Shook after graduating from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he was a founding member and president of the International Law Students Association and an inaugural member of the Memphis Law Student Diversity Committee.
Razvan also competed in the American Bar Association Arbitration and Duberstein Moot Court Competitions.
During law school, Razvan externed for The Hon. Bernice B. Donald of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and The Hon. Ed Bryant of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee. Razvan received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Torts.
