Reagan E. Boyce’s practice is focused on representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in both individual and corporate cases, representing assignees for the benefit of creditors and representing receivers, as well as developing creative solutions for clients outside the courts.

Reagan is responsible for a wide range of law and motion practice in both contested matters and adversary proceedings in state and federal courts, and also enjoys negotiating alternative resolutions for her client’s problems.

Reagan learned her aggressive yet diplomatic approach to handling any situation that may arise with her first employment as a Congressional Page for the United State House of Representatives when she was 16 years old.

Reagan has continued to develop the skills necessary to litigate, negotiate, or find the right creative solution to match her clients’ needs throughout her legal career. Reagan also brings an extensive litigation background to her bankruptcy practice.

Reagan has handled multi-million dollar litigation matters involving disputes over intellectual property, real property, construction defects, and professional malpractice matters as well as contract disputes and landlord tenant related disputes.

Reagan’s ten plus years as a civil litigator provide her an impressive array of skills in and out of the courtroom that she utilizes on behalf of her clients. Reagan also has a successful history of settling five and six figure lawsuits for past clients.
