Rebecca is a partner at the law firm of Feldman Jackson, P.C. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce, property distribution, alimony, child custody, child support and prenuptial agreements.
She is trained in Collaborative Law and is a member of the D.C. Academy of Collaborative Professionals (DCACP) and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
Rebecca is also a trained mediator and enjoys serving as one. She believes that Collaborative practice affords families a more civil and dignified way to work through their disputes than litigation allows. Rebecca is the immediate past-president of the DCACP (2016-2017) and is a past co-Chair of the D.C. Bar Family Law Section Steering Committee (2011-2013).
She has been a contributing author of the Custody Section in the Domestic Relations chapter of the District of Columbia Practice Manual, serves as a mentor to other lawyers in the DC Bar Advocacy and Justice Clinic, a volunteer at the DC Bar Advice and Referral Clinic and served as a guardian ad litem and Attorney-Negotiator volunteer in D.C. Superior Court.
In 2016-2018, Rebecca was selected to the Washington DC Super Lawyers list and in 2013-2015, she was selected to the Washington DC Rising Star Super Lawyers list.
