Rebecca Girolamo is a senior associate who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation matters. She also has experience representing individuals and companies in internal investigations.
Ms. Girolamo has represented clients in state and federal court. Her experience includes representations of companies in defense of various breach of contract claims, representation of a utility in the defense of civil antitrust matter, and representation and settlement of class action litigation for a company that suffered a cyberattack.
She has significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including pleadings and fact discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, motion practice, preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders, and class certification.
Ms. Girolamo also has an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration matters. Ms. Girolamo previously worked in a variety of positions in the television production industry.
Most recently, she served as an intern in the Television Production Legal Affairs Department of NBC Universal where she performed background due diligence on potential show participants, and conducted legal interviews regarding results.
She also served as a production manager and line producer for various shows, where she was oversaw staff and budgets, and approved logistics.
