Rebecca M. Gosch focuses her practice on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device companies in product liability litigation, especially multidistrict litigation. Her work includes drafting motions, providing legal analyses, managing large case inventories and preparing cases for settlement discussions.
While much of Rebecca’s work focuses on individual cases within multidistrict litigation, she prioritizes evaluating cases within their larger context to ensure she pursues the best possible resolution for her clients.
Rebecca refined her advocacy skill with mock trial while pursuing her bachelor’s and law degrees. As a participant and later coach, she learned to speak persuasively and to distill difficult concepts into simple explanations to demonstrate her argument to juries.
Rebecca also taught students the principles of trial advocacy as the head teaching assistant at a mock trial training program in Illinois.
