Rebecca Lee Katz is a real estate and finance associate in the Los Angeles office of Locke Lord LLP. She has experience in real estate transactions for domestic and foreign investors, corporate governance; securities and regulatory advising, financial restructuring; corporate formation and corporate tax matters; and commercial arbitration.
Before joining the Firm, she worked in Washington, D.C., and the Middle East. She recently served as Executive Director of the Friends of the Public-Private Partnership for Reform in Afghanistan, a partnership with the United States Department of State, while attending The George Washington University Law School, where she ranked no. 1 among the January 2017 graduates.
Ms. Katz was also West Bank/Gaza Desk Officer for the Middle East Bureau of the United States Agency for International Development. She speaks Arabic and French.
