Rebecca counsels clients on real estate development and financing. She also has the depth of experience to advise on norms, trends and other market issues that are critical to a deal.

She counsels banks, developers, investors and capital providers in the acquisition, venturing, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate. Additionally, she represents energy and renewable energy operators in real estate transactions and project financing.

As lender’s counsel, Rebecca has led many complex loan structures, including those that involved inter-creditor and creditors’ rights structuring. She has also assisted financial institutions and borrowers in workouts and sales of underperforming loans, and she has represented a major national bank in its acquisition of loan portfolios.

As investor’s counsel, Rebecca often focuses on a variety of interconnected structuring issues, including federal and local tax incentives and bankruptcy structuring considerations.
