Rebecca H. Silk is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice. Rebecca has experience litigating matters involving breach of restrictive covenants, harassment and discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful death, breach of fiduciary duty, tortuous interference with business relations, and other business torts and forms of unfair competition.
Rebecca also advises employers on various aspects of employment related law, including employee training, the development of employee handbooks and policies, employment contracts, and non-competition agreements.
Rebecca graduated from Tulane Law School in 2013 where she served as a Managing Editor for the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and served on Tulane’s Moot Court Executive Board as Administrative Justice of Intraschool Competitions.
Rebecca was also a member of Tulane’s National Pace Moot Court team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester with high honors.
