Rebecca M. Vaccariello has spent her entire legal career engaged in litigation work and primarily civil litigation matters. She has represented clients through every stage of litigation and in mediation and arbitration.

Rebecca’s previous experience includes contract disputes between individuals and business entities, various types of real estate litigation matters, and probate, trust, and guardianship litigation representing personal representatives, curators, beneficiaries, guardians, wards, and alleged incapacitated persons, as well as clients in uncontested guardianship matters.

Prior to moving to Florida in 2012, Rebecca practiced law in New York, where she spent many years focusing her practice on civil and criminal litigation at a general practice law firm. She also served for five years as principal law clerk to a state trial judge, where she gained broad experience in a variety of civil litigation matters.

Rebecca has represented clients in both New York and Florida state trial and appellate courts, along with the Northern District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Middle District of Florida She has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Rebecca is active in a number of leadership roles in her community. She is a gubernatorially appointed commissioner for the Collier County Housing Authority, where she is presently chair of the board, and she serves on the advisory board of Legal Aid Services of Collier County. She is also active in the Leadership Collier Foundation and in Collier County Honor Flight.
