
Rebekah has dedicated her law career to helping individuals resolve family law issues with compassionate, effective representation, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients’ legal needs are met and exceeded.
Rebekah grew up in North Alabama and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1997 and her Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1999.
After working for Huntsville Hospital Systems for several years, she went on to obtain a Juris Doctor at Samford University, where she was the recipient of the Lee Bradley full tuition scholarship and an additional scholarship from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
While at Cumberland, Rebekah was also a member and Writing Editor of The Cumberland Law Review. Following graduation from law school Rebekah clerked for the Honorable Loyd H. Little, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Madison County, Alabama.
In 2006 Rebekah joined William P. Burgess, Jr., P.C. (later Burgess Graham Canupp, P.C.) where she focused on family law issues. From 2014 until 2016 Rebekah served as Of Counsel in the Family Law practice in Maynard, Cooper, & Gale’s Huntsville office.
In 2016 Rebekah founded Rebekah L. Graham, L.L.C., where she handles all matters related to family law, including divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, visitation rights, paternity, and marital agreements.
Rebekah is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
