
Reed Morgan
S. Reed Morgan has achieved many significant trial victories and settlements for victims of toxic exposure and corporate misconduct. Reed is a both a graduate, and a staff member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College. He is licensed before the Texas and Louisiana Supreme Courts, and numerous Federal Courts in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
With years of remarkable recoveries and verdicts for working men and women injured on the job, including many with benzene-related cancers, he has been a trustworthy and determined advocate for those in need.
Reed’s practice is focused on helping injured railroad workers and injured persons employed aboard vessels, such as seaman engaged in ocean or inland work. This also includes toxic tort works, including claims for cancer caused by hydrocarbons. He also is a staunch advocate for those who have been injured or killed by defective products, oil-field and oil-storage related disasters, and airplane disaster claims.
Reed is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Reed is licensed to practice in both Texas and Louisiana, including all Federal Courts and the Eastern District of Arkansas Federal Court.
