Regina Rabitaille

Regina Rabitaille focuses her practice primarily in the areas of probate, trusts and estates, and transfer tax controversy matters. This includes, without limitation, handling the full gamut of the administration of estates and trusts, preparing gift and estate tax returns, planning for the succession of closely held or family business, drafting sophisticated estate plan documents, asset protection planning and handling many contested tax matters in the transfer tax area and contested matters of will and trust administration and interpretation.

Previous Professional Experience:

• Represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service with regard to estate and gift tax return audits
• Involved in numerous estate and trust litigation matters, including without limitation, actions based on undue influence, lack of capacity,  tortious interference with an inheritance and breach of fiduciary duty
• Regularly handles sophisticated tax planning and transactions including intra-family wealth planning, business succession, and asset protection
