Renée M. Dudek assists clients with various aspects of legal proceedings and trial preparation, including legal research and the drafting of motions and other legal memoranda. While in law school, she authored a commentary entitled “A Counterproductive Constraint: How the Volcker Rule Undermines Its Purpose by Discouraging Hedging” for the May edition of the Rutgers University Law Review (2017).
She clerked for the Hon. Eduardo Robreno of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Dolores Sloviter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and interned for the Hon. Berle Schiller, also of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
