Reuben Goetzl is an associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Litigation Department. His practice includes white collar criminal defense, healthcare, product liability disputes, and mass torts.
Reuben maintains an active civil and criminal litigation practice, defending clients against products liability and consumer class-action claims and clients facing criminal investigations.
He also has experience defending clients in False Claims Act litigation and counseling clients regarding the False Claims Act.
Reuben is a zealous advocate for abused and neglected children, providing pro bono services in partnership with the national nonprofit organization, Child Justice. He recently argued a child protection appeal before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Prior to law school, Reuben worked for the United States House Committee on the Judiciary where he assisted with congressional hearings relating to antitrust, criminal, and constitutional law issues.
