In college he did even better, graduating magna cum laude where he was on the Dean’s Honors List and in the Honors Program. Out of ASU’s nearly 44,000 students at the time, about 2100 of whom were Hispanic, Richard was named the “Outstanding Hispanic Undergraduate of the Year” at ASU’s 7th Annual Hispanic Convocation for his community involvement and academic achievements.
He received numerous scholarships and awards for his scholastic success, including the prestigious Valdemir Cordova Scholarship to attend Arizona State University, College of Law. After graduating from law school and passing the State Bar, Richard immediately began practicing civil and criminal law.
Richard understands the importance of being involved in the community and to help those who cannot speak for themselves. Using his education, experience, and knowledge of the law, he advocates and fights for the rights of his clients.
