Richard H. Kronthal’s practice is concentrated in all aspects of the energy industry. He represents the energy groups at numerous investment banks in capital markets transactions involving (x) companies in the upstream and midstream sector of the energy industry, and (y) regulated investment companies that invest in the upstream and midstream sectors of the energy industry.
Rich covers many different types of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, registered direct transactions, high yield transactions and ATM (“at-the-market”) transactions.
Rich also represents several exploration and production companies active throughout the US and various drilling partnerships.
He also represents certain energy-oriented private equity funds, and recently has been involved in a substantial retrofit and build out of The Port of Beaumont, the 4th largest port in the US.
