
Richard W. Nicholson, Jr. is an associate in the Litigation Group focusing on complex commercial litigation matters. Richard actively engages in all aspects of complex litigation in a wide range of substantive areas including ERISA, antitrust, securities and consumer class actions, mergers and acquisitions, environmental and products liability, and general commercial litigation.
Richard graduated from Brown University with honors, and received his J.D. in 2013 from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif and served as Senior Articles Editor on the Fordham Law Review. Prior to joining Olshan, Richard was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
