Richard Rinaldo

Richard P. Rinaldo is the founding member of the firm. Mr. Rinaldo, while attending College at Kean University, worked in a law firm in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where he gained invaluable experience in the practice of law and the importance of a lawyer’s obligations to his clients.

After completing law school, he continued to work for the Rinaldo and Rinaldo Law firm until 2005, eventually opening his own practice in Brooklyn and the Bronx and in Union, New Jersey in 2006. Since 2005, the once solo practice has expanded rapidly on the heels of client referrals and quality legal representation to the current firm. Mr. Rinaldo has obtained significant settlements for his clients and built a reputation for aggressively protecting his clients’ rights. He believes that in order to get a just result for clients, the attorney must be prepared to take their claims to Trial should the need arise.

Mr. Rinaldo has experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, Workers Compensation, Employment Discrimination, Real Estate, and Corporate Defense and structuring. His current practice is primarily devoted to Personal Injury and Employment Litigation.
