Richard Rockwell Rosenthal

Richard R. Rosenthal PC has been engaged in the practice of law for the past 19 years. He is admitted to practice before all federal district courts in the State of Alabama, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Rosenthal is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, The Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

He is currently the sole shareholder of the Law Offices of Richard R. Rosenthal, PC. Over the years since his admission to the bar, he has been a partner in the law firms of Johnson, Rosenthal, Liddon & Tuggle, PC and Garrison, Scott, Gamble & Rosenthal PC, both of which were located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Since 1992, Mr. Rosenthal has devoted most of his professional time to mass tort litigation, products liability litigation and class actions.

Mr. Rosenthal earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where he was an editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. He was also one of two participants on the National Negotiation Team.
