With extensive knowledge of the complexities of the tax code, Richard J. Saul provides strategic counsel on taxation and wealth planning matters to businesses and tax-exempt and charitable organizations.
He assists with tax planning for both businesses and organizations as well as those related to real estate transactions (including tax-free exchanges); executive compensation matters; and general estate planning and administration.
Rich represents developers, builders and property owners in connection with real estate and financing transactions. His clients include commercial and multifamily property owners and developers, assisting in acquisitions and dispositions and in development projects.
In addition, he represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, venture capital transactions, entity formation and business planning. Prior to joining Fox, Richard was a shareholder in Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul, where he led the firm’s taxation practice.
