Richard (Skip) Fulton is a senior member of the firm’s Trial Practice, Environmental and Products Liability Litigation Groups, with special expertise in large-scale products liability and toxic tort litigation.
Skip also has client relationship responsibility for some of the firm’s largest clients, including The Dow Chemical Company, Union Carbide Corporation, the Genuine Parts Company, Amvac Chemical Corporation and R. H. Macy’s, Inc.
Skip has nearly 30 years of litigation, trial and appellate experience in all forms of commercial, toxic exposure and products liability cases and has participated in some of the largest toxic exposure and products liability actions of the past three decades.
This experience includes representation of A.H. Robins Co. in the Dalkon Shield litigation, Playtex International in toxic shock litigation, Allied-Signal Company in friction-product asbestos litigation and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company in TMJ implant litigation and Benlate fungicide litigation.
