Ms. Rita M. Danylchuk, who leads the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice, represents numerous clients in all areas of trust and estate planning, including lifetime, testamentary, and special needs trusts; business succession planning; charitable giving; and estate administration. She lectures frequently on estate planning and estate administration and has published numerous trusts and estates articles.
Ms. Danylchuk focuses on the representation of individuals, closely-held businesses, charitable organizations, and individual and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of estate, gift, and income tax planning; charitable planning; business succession planning; and asset protection.
She frequently works with clients in establishing lifetime revocable and irrevocable trusts, including intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, dynastic trusts, and charitable remainder and lead trusts.
In addition, Ms. Danylchuk represents clients in all aspects of the estate administration process from initial probate to preparation and filing of federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns, estate disclaimers, and numerous other aspects of the estate administration process.
