Robert Shull’s practice includes over thirty-five years of litigating complex commercial and construction cases. During that time, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
Matters handled include commercial and real estate disputes, construction claims and fraud litigation. In civil matters, Rob has represented clients in securities fraud and breaches of contract claims into the millions of dollars. His construction litigation includes representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals.
In the bankruptcy arena, Rob has litigated major fraud and discharge cases together with representation of creditors and creditors’ committees.
