Robert B. Hamlett, Jr. assists with a broad array of tax, executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He advises on the federal and international taxation of business entities, business owners and investors, and he provides domestic and international tax planning for businesses and individuals.
Bobby helps businesses in a wide range of industries with corporate and tax issues, including choice of entity issues; formation, acquisition, disposition and liquidation of business entities; corporate reorganizations; like-kind exchanges; foreign tax issues; and federal and state tax disputes.
Bobby earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was a staff writer for the Washington and Lee Law Review. He also earned a B.S. in finance, cum laude, from Virginia Tech.
