Robert Bryan Roden is a lawyer in Birmingham, Alabama practicing since last 44 years. His notable cases include a $700 million settlement over PCB contamination in Anniston, a class action suit against McWane Cast Iron Pipe Company for pollution of the Village Creek watershed, and personal injuries and wrongful death case against ephedra manufacturers. He has worked as plaintiff’s counsel on many mass chemical exposure cases in Lake Charles.

Robert Roden has undertaken many charitable endeavors. He has played a vital role in establishing the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation in 1992. It serves as a source of funds available to charitable organizations in the state.

While working with the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, he helped in creating the Foundation as a vehicle for the statewide legal community to assist Alabama families, children and citizens in need.
