Robert Corp is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. Robert’s work has ranged from complex multi-district litigations to actions against competitors.
He has extensive experience in civil antitrust litigation, having represented plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of the litigation process, from pre-complaint investigations and negotiations through trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement proceedings.
Additionally, Robert has conducted internal investigations and defended individual and corporate clients in criminal proceedings before multiple government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and various state attorneys general.
