Robert Deloach Reynolds is a partner in the Montgomery office of the law firm, Reynolds, Reynolds & Little LLC. He concentrates his practice on areas such as bankruptcy, commercial, real estate, and corporate law.
His clients include financial institutions, businesses, and medical centers. His law firm focuses on loan documentation, creditor’s rights, representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, loan workouts, commercial litigation, and real estate. Other service areas include Banking Law, Lender liability defense, loan workout, and transactions.
He obtained B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi in 1976. He attended the University of Mississippi Law School from 1976 to 78. He earned J.D. in 1981 from Jones Law Institute.
He passed the Alabama State Bar exam in 1981. He has also obtained the license to practice law in Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Northern, Southern, and Middle District Courts of Alabama.
Attorney Reynolds is a former panel Chapter 7 Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is also a Former adjunct professor, Business Law and Legal Environment of Business, Huntingdon College.
He is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Robert Reynolds also contributes to the community. He is on the board of directors of the civic organization, That’s My Child, based in Montgomery.
