Robert J Cartoceti is a native of Southbury, having attended local schools (Rochambeau ’71; Southbury High ’75) before matriculating to the University of Connecticut where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1979.
He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Bridgeport School Of Law, predecessor to Quinnipiac College School of Law and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Connecticut the same year.
Bob has maintained a law office in the town of Southbury since 1985, and has concentrated his practice in the areas of Residential/Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Probate Administration and Estate Planning, Probate Litigation and Criminal/Civil Litigation.
He has served his state and community as a member of the Southbury Charter Revisions Commission and Town of Southbury Personnel Committee, and currently serves as treasurer and board of directors for Grace Meadows Elderly Housing, Inc.
Bob is devoted to his community and protecting the interest of his neighbors in Southbury and surrounding towns.
He practices in all Connecticut courts, and for nearly a decade has helped share his 30+ years of legal experience by training area student as an adjunct professor in the Business Division and Legal Studies program at Naugatuck Valley Community College.
