Mr. Lemle began practicing law in Tallahassee, FL in 1989 after graduating from the University of Florida. His first job out of law school was as an associate with a boutique firm that represented defendants and insurance companies in personal injury claims.
After being lured west by the promise of better surf conditions and less humidity, Mr. Lemle went to work in Los Angeles at an insurance defense firm that was retained by many of the big automobile insurers on behalf of their insured; State Farm, Allstate and Infinity, but to name a few.
He represented individuals and companies that were being sued by victims of car accidents or who had sustained injuries as a result of a premise liability incident, but he soon learned that he had more compassion for these injury victims and how the insurance companies treated their claims then he did for his own clients.
Armed with the knowledge of how the big insurers operate, Mr. Lemle started his own personal injury law firm in 1996 and has successfully settled and received jury verdicts in excess of $25 million.
Mr. Lemle has continuously stood up to the big insurance companies and has fought them on behalf of his clients and their families for just compensation for their injuries including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, loss of limbs and spinal injuries.
Mr. Lemle is a member of both the Florida and California Bar Associations, The Santa Monica Bar Association, the Italian American Lawyers Association, the Association of Surfing Lawyers and is a family man that enjoys surfing, golfing, traveling and playing guitar.
