Robert was born in Havana, Cuba in 1956. In 1957, Robert’s father, Samuel Grabb, moved the family to Miami, Florida so that he could pursue a medical education.
Samuel’s plan was to move his family back to Cuba after his three years of medical study. Circumstances in Cuba changed drastically during those three years and the Grabb family remained in the United States.
In 1994, Robert Grabb and Nann Durando founded Grabb & Durando. It was their mission to provide quality representation to Tucson accident victims at a discounted rate.
Since childhood, Robert has believeds that “Everyone has an obligation to give back to their community.”
By offering lower fees, it allows the victim to keep more of the recovery and feel less of the effects of their personal injury situation.
Grabb & Durando helped make countless improvements to Arizona law for injured workers. In Lane vs.
Great State Insurance, the Arizona Court of Appeals agreed with the firm’s position that a workers compensation carrier could not add the cost of its independent medical examination to its statutory liens.
Robert is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and is licensed to practice in the Arizona District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Robert truly has a passion for justice and a passion to help accident victims.
