Robert M. Holland

Robert Holland provides transactional counsel, primary to healthcare clients, on a range of issues, including: mergers and acquisitions; change of ownership licensure and other issues; assumption of Medicare and Medicaid enrollment; valuation; and anti-kickback and fraud waste and abuse issues in the transactional context.

In addition to his transactional work, Robert provides regulatory counsel to healthcare clients, helping them to translate the complex healthcare regulatory environment into day-to-day operations. Robert’s regulatory counsel includes: federal and state fraud, waste and abuse protections; federal and state “Sunshine Act” requirements; Medicare and Medicaid participation and reimbursement; 340B drug purchasing program; and health reform.

Having spent time practicing in both large law firms and consulting, Robert prides himself in producing easily digestible, implementable work products. Clients should expect a down-to-earth, conversational style, facilitating their ability to apply his transactional and regulatory advice to their everyday operations.
