Robert N. Friedman is a graduate of Emory University and the Georgia State University College of Law, where he received his J.D. with honors and distinction in 2007. He has worked at law firms both large and small, handling a variety of cases involving civil rights violations, class actions, complex business disputes, construction and real estate litigation, government investigations, and personal torts.
Before joining Werner Wetherington, Robert specialized in insurance litigation, liability litigation, and general insurance defense. His experience representing some of Georgia’s largest insurance carriers and providers gives him unique insight into the tactics that powerful companies use against plaintiffs and the actions that plaintiffs can take to strengthen their cases, both in negotiations and in court.
Robert is also one of Atlanta’s best legal researchers and writers, whose exceptional command of legal procedure and precedent strengthens every case he works on. Robert is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, and the U.S. District Court – Northern District of Georgia.
