Robert F. Parr is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s technology transactions practice. He represents business entities of all sizes in connection with the exploitation of intellectual property, intangible, and technology assets in business and strategic relationships.
Rob has experience structuring and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements, including software and content licenses, software development agreements, and professional services agreements. He also regularly reviews and drafts privacy policies and terms of use for websites and mobile applications and assists clients with the intellectual property issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob was an associate in the corporate and intellectual property transactions groups at another large law firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property licensing matters.
