Robert S Sheldon is a well-known immigration lawyer throughout the United States of America. He is the founder of the Immigration Law Offices having three offices in South Florida at downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and Pompano Beach. He limits his practice to immigration law and social security law. In his 20 years of legal practice, he has successfully defended asylum clients before the Supreme Court and has helped thousands of immigrant families to settle in the US.

He went to the University of Colorado in Boulder and obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts. He later attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1989. Before coming to Florida, he lived in Latin America and worked with the world’s largest corporate law firm Baker & McKenzie at its Caracas office.
He has acquired the membership of the District of Columbia, the State Bar of Florida, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has appeared before many immigration courts to defend his clients’ unfair deportations.
