Robert J. Waldsmith graduated from the University of California at Berkeley before attending law school at Golden Gate University. Since his graduation and subsequent admission to the California Bar in 1992, RJ has represented exclusively victims. His clients include individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries and the families of those who have been wrongfully killed.
Robert handles personal injury matters arising from dangerous conditions of public property, dangerous private premises, defective products, motor vehicle collisions, aviation accidents, construction injuries, etc. His results have earned him nomination as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer Magazine since 2005.
In addition, he was a Trial Lawyer of the Year Finalist for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and a Consumer Attorney of the Year Finalist for the Consumer Attorneys of San Francisco. RJ has been awarded the National “Most Innovative Use of Technology During Trial” and “Top 100 Jury Verdicts for 2003 in the United States.”
RJ is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national, peer-nominated organization of civil trial lawyers reserved for only those with extensive trial experience and the highest reputation in the legal community for honesty and integrity.
