Robert B. Wedge is an experienced trial lawyer who engages in litigation involving construction contracts and claims; commercial contracts and leases; professional liability claims involving attorneys, architects and engineers; insurance coverage and surety bond disputes and personal injury, wrongful death and property damage claims.
He is also an experienced appellate lawyer, having more than 50 reported cases in state and federal courts, and has acted as a mediator of large commercial and construction cases for more than 20 years. Bob was a partner at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which merged with Fox Rothschild in 2018.
