Robin A. Heimann is a transactional real estate attorney with over 25 years of experience representing lenders, investors, borrowers, and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions in a variety of sectors. She has represented financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, and private investors with loans, acquisitions, restructures, workouts, foreclosures, dispositions, and asset management.
She has assisted developers and borrowers with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments of all sizes. She has worked with owners and operators of long-term healthcare facilities in multiple state transactions. Robin has represented the owner-operator of a major national restaurant franchise in connection with its expansion.
