Rodney Ganske focuses his practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust cases and litigation matters involving intellectual property. Rod represents clients in a number of leading cartel cases and has experience both defending cartel claims and prosecuting private actions on behalf of plaintiffs.
Rod also routinely counsels corporate clients on a variety of antitrust issues related to compliance and intellectual property licensing, pricing, joint ventures, standards-setting bodies and patent pools.
Rod has represented clients in antitrust-related counseling and commercial litigation matters in many fields, including the computer manufacturing, automotive parts, credit scoring, chemicals, health care and telecommunications industries.
Rod is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and has been active in drafting and editing the Private Antitrust Suits chapter of the yearly Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments.
