Ms. Romina Tominovic joins the firm of Block O’Toole & Murphy, LLP after spending three years at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. During her time as a prosecutor, Ms. Tominovic prepared, argued and litigated hundreds of cases.
In 2013, Ms. Tominovic was promoted to the Street Narcotics and Gang Bureau and continued to prosecute individuals involved in drug sales, armed robberies, serious assaults and weapon charges. Ms. Tominovic’s desire to become a prosecutor stems from her inherent nature to help those around her. Ms. Tominovic will bring the same energy and passion when representing clients at Block O’Toole & Murphy, LLP.
In 2011, before becoming a prosecutor, Ms. Tominovic earned her degree from Brooklyn Law School. While attending law school, Ms. Tominovic developed her litigation skills as a member of the Brooklyn Law School Moot Court Honor Society. Ms. Tominovic competed nationally and earned the prestigious award of the Order of the Barristers.
Ms. Tominovic was also a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, writing and editing for the publication on a variety of subject matters. In 2007, Ms. Tominovic earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Manhattanville College, graduating cum laude.
