Ronni Two focuses her practice on commercial and government contracts litigation, particularly with issues involving government agencies, administrative boards and state and federal courts. Ronni helps clients navigate a number of federal contracts issues.
She assists with bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and with size protests and appeals before the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals.
Her experience extends to drafting Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs) and claims under the Contract Disputes Clause for constructive changes, excusable delays, differing site conditions and termination actions, among other federal contracts matters.
She advises on the process of pursuing REAs and claims from submittal to agency contracting officers to litigation before the various boards of contract appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
In the area of compliance, Ronni provides counsel on the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and small business regulations. She also assists clients with government investigations and audits, suspensions and debarments, and implementing and improving compliance programs and internal controls.
Ronni began her career at Fox in 2015 as a summer associate. During law school, she worked as a law clerk in the civil frauds division of the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Department of Justice, in the counsel division of the Small Business Administration Office of the Inspector General and in the Acquisition Integrity Office of the U.S. Navy Office of General Counsel. She also served as articles editor for The George Washington International Law Review.
