Rosa D. Forrester counsels and defends corporate entities, insurers, contractors and subcontractors, and manufacturers in a wide range of liability claims, including those alleging construction defect, personal injury, property damage, and more.
She also litigates matters involving insurance fraud and helps national insurers resolve coverage disputes. Rosa handles all of her matters from inception through resolution, and has extensive experience arguing motions, managing discovery, writing briefs, and leading case management conferences.
Rosa earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and was a member of its Civil Litigation Society and a participant in its Partners for Women and Justice pro bono program.
She was also a clerk for the Hon. James G. Troiano in Superior Court of New Jersey; duties included analyzing matrimonial law issues and preparing memoranda with disposition recommendations.
She also prepared motion summaries for judicial review, mediated disputes, and drafted court orders and child support guidelines.
