Rosemarin Belliard is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she practices corporate immigration law exclusively. Rosemarin advises multinational corporate clients on U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including the PERM labor certification process.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Rosemarin worked at a mid-sized business immigration law firm, where she assisted corporate clients across a variety of industries including banking, media and arts, fashion and technology in obtaining nonimmigrant visas for their employees based on their demonstrated expertise.
She also advised corporate clients on the federal employment verification compliance process.
During her time at New York Law School, Rosemarin served as a Law Clerk for Chief Judge Dora L. Irizarry of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and Judge Faviola A. Soto of the New York State Court of Claims.
She also served as a Carbonell Fellow for the Impact Center for Public Interest Law, Co-President of the Immigration Law Students Association, and Diversity and Wellness Chair of the Legal Association for Women.
Prior to law school, Rosemarin was selected as the New York City Urban Fellow for the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs.
Rosemarin has provided pro bono assistance to unaccompanied minors appearing in immigration court through her work with the Safe Passage Project.
Rosemarin speaks English and Spanish.
