Russell Neal Parrish works at Farmer, Price, Hornsby & Weatherford was founded over 79 years ago when J. Hubert Farmer began his law practice in Dothan, Alabama. His son James H.
Farmer joined the practice in 1966 after he graduated from law school. Edward M. Price, Jr. joined the practice in 1974 and Ernest H. Hornsby joined a few years later. The firm has grown to seven attorneys who have a variety of specialties and a knowledgeable support staff.
