Ryan L. Harding focuses his practice on the development and protection of intellectual property in the United States and abroad. Ryan represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and leverages a network of foreign counsel to build multinational intellectual property portfolios.
Ryan’s clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller companies, startups, universities, and individuals. He protects inventions in the areas of mechanical, electrical, chemical, biological, and computer sciences.
He also navigates technologies including materials, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, industrial processes, metallurgy, cellular and molecular-based compositions, data management and encryption.
