Ryan Wilk is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment section. Before joining Buchanan, Ryan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Terrence F. McVerry of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In that role, he conducted legal research and drafted opinions and bench memos in a variety of practice areas, while gaining invaluable insight into the workings of the federal court system.
A 2013 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, Ryan finished second in his class, earning the Distinguished Student Award and the John R. Murray Award for Excellence in Student Scholarship. While in law school, Ryan was an editor on the Law Review and was a member of the Trial Advocacy team and Appellate Moot Court Board. He also served as a teaching assistant in the Legal Research & Writing Program.
