Ryan Hart represents companies and individuals facing high-risk criminal and civil litigation. Ryan focuses his practice on litigation pertaining to white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, international anti-corruption and financial matters, and commercial disputes.
Before joining Dickinson Wright, Ryan worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Pennsylvania and as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Major Investigations Unit of the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.D uring his time as a prosecutor, Ryan exhibited his skills as a formidable trial attorney winning more than 45 trials.
He supervised intricate multi-defendant cases and investigations that implicated significant financial transactions, criminal syndicates, and multiple jurisdictions. While in Major Investigations, Ryan led the Baltimore City Police Department Northern District’s Violent Repeat Offender Initiative targeting the Northern District’s “most wanted.” Prior to joining the State’s Attorney’s Office, Ryan served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. McCrone of the Howard County Circuit Court in Maryland.
