
Ryan S. Lee is an associate attorney based in Los Angeles and a member of King & Spalding’s Trial & Global Disputes Practice Group. He focuses his practice primarily on automotive and business litigation, product liability, and class action defense.
Ryan successfully argued at dozens of hearings in state and federal courts, first-chaired depositions, drafted discovery motions and legal briefs, and assisted with multiple trial preparations and settlement negotiations.
Although Ryan is a litigator at heart, he also advises on labor and employment issues in M&A transactions.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law in 2017 with a specialization in Business Law & Policy and graduated magna cum laude with dual degrees in Communication and Psychology from USC in 2013. During law school, Ryan worked in business operations for WAV Media, Inc., a subsidiary of Naver Corporation, on its livestream content production and distribution ventures. Ryan is also a former law clerk from Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and continues to provide frequent pro bono representation.
