Ryan R. Roley
Mr. Roley has practiced law since 1988 exclusively in Alaska, primarily in the area family law, including extensive unbundled services experience and as a certified practitioner in Collaborative Law (see ryanroley.com for Collaborative Law description, video links and extensive blog bank).
Regarding unbundled services, Mr. Roley helped organize, and spoke as a panelist about unbundled law services in, a Continuing Legal Education seminar for Alaska attorneys in 2013. Mr. Roley believes unbundled services provides critical service to clients who can benefit from or need this alternative to “traditional” legal assistance.
Mr. Roley received his 1987 undergraduate, double-decree in Political Science and History from Willamette University and both his 1987 J.D. and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Willamette University School of Law.
Mr. Roley is a Member of the Family Law and Unbundled Services sections of the Alaska Bar Association; Alaska Association of Collaborative Professionals; and International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
