As a result of his exposure working in the legal clinic, Brad determined his calling: to assist injured workers in the maze they often face wrestling with insurance companies in a system which is confusing and — more often than not — unfriendly to injured workers.
Brad opened his office in downtown Santa Rosa in 2003. He is recognized as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation, a designation of the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.
His office handles all aspects of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Industrial Disability Retirement law and has bilingual staff to assist with Spanish-speaking clientele. Brad understands the added complexity of performing simple tasks when faced with a disability and will fight for you to obtain all the benefits to which you are entitled.
